Once your subscription has been activated, we are unable to offer any refunds or modifications.
Our responsibility is solely to activate your subscription for the agreed-upon period.

To confirm that your subscription has been activated, we will send a screenshot from our panel to your email as proof.

We activate and send your Internet TV Subscriptions login code within 24 hours of receiving your Payment.

To ensure a smooth process, please provide us with your device type (Smart TV, Android, IOS, Firestick, Google Box etc.) so we can send you the proper login credentials.

If we do not receive your device information in the order notes, we will activate and send what we think you have.

Please note that we can’t change the format to any other format type, so be sure to let us know when placing an order.

It’s important to note that at 8 Dollar Streams, we have no control over the content provided nor any related issues due to the nature of Internet TV.
